What You’ll Do:

  • Pour crumb rubber from mixers into buckets weighing up to 50 lbs, adhering to process specifications.
  • Fill molds with raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and proper placement.
  • Carefully close presses using dual-hand safety controls to prevent accidents.
  • Remove and inspect finished products for defects, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Stack and stage parts onto pallets for shipment while keeping the work area organized and safe.
  • Manage multiple presses to meet daily production targets efficiently.
  • Keep the work station clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
  • Perform accurate material and product counts to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Work comfortably in a warm environment with a strong focus on safety procedures.
