Job Title: Construction Demo Laborer

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: 7am-5:30pm (3-4 DAY JOB)-will be driven to and from Newport by Client.  Paid from the time you arrive at the jobsite until the work is done. WILL MEET our Client at our office. MAY GO INTO NEXT WEEK AS WELL-will know on Friday  Start Date: 7/21/26

As a Construction Demo Laborer, you'll be responsible for assisting with demolition work safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to ensure projects are completed accurately and with attention to detail.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Demo Laborer, you will be responsible for: • Performing demolition work in a safe and timely manner • Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently • Operating power tools and hand tools to facilitate demolition tasks • Handling residual materials and ensuring cleanup is thorough • Managing your time effectively to meet daily goals

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently • Strong work ethic and professionalism in attitude and conduct • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Attention to detail and hardworking mindset

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Salem and offers Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts. Meet at the Selectemp office each morning at 6:50 AM; the client will provide transportation to and from the project site in Newport (drive time is not paid).
