Job Title: Mill Clean Up & Firewatch
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: July 4th and 5th 5 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Mill Clean Up & Firewatch, you'll help keep the mill environment secure and organized while supporting safety and critical production activities. You'll work closely with maintenance and millwright teams to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Mill Clean Up & Firewatch, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring hot work zones and performing fire watch duties to help prevent incidents
- Responding quickly to extinguish fires and support safe, incident-prevention efforts
- Keeping work areas clean by removing debris, sweeping, shoveling, and disposing of waste responsibly
- Safely supporting fire safety tasks using tools such as fire hoses, shovels, and flat bars
- Helping identify potential hazards and addressing safety concerns promptly
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Full leather, over-the-ankle work boots (mandatory)
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfort working outdoors in changing weather and in active, fast-paced conditions
- Strong safety focus, alertness, dependability, and a team-player attitude

Location & Schedule:
