As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, working in both the Production and Mill Departments. You'll gain hands-on experience building quality wood furniture and managing raw materials efficiently. What You'll Do As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you will be responsible for:• Building wood furniture from start to finish in the Production Department • Loading and offloading wood from saws, measuring and marking defects • Sorting wood on pallets by size and color grading • Sanding surfaces and spraying finishes • Cross-training in all production areas to support team versatility • Loading trucks for delivery • Operating roller machines in the Mill Department, guiding 10x1 ft boards along rollers and placing them in designated areas • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including machinery and floor cleanup What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
