Job Title: Experienced Office Assistant
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8-hour days, 32 hours a week (additional hours during peak season may be available)

As an
Experienced Office Assistant, you'll be the friendly face helping customers and supporting daily office operations. You'll work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
What You'll Do
As an
Experienced Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing superb customer service to walk-in customers and over the phone
- Assisting customers in-store with selecting products and services
- Building strong relationships with customers and local organizations for future referrals
- Handling invoicing, billing, and payment processing
- Navigating and learning the dealer management software system
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks and daily office needs
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior Long Term relevant experince
- Excellent computer skills, including social media posting and website updates
- Experience with invoicing and billing
- Prior Experience Required
- Strong phone communication skills
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
