As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers around the globe. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a smooth operation and help us meet our distribution goals, all while expanding your career in logistics and warehouse management.

What You'll Do

As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Picking and packing orders accurately according to shipping specifications.
• Labeling products and preparing packaging materials for shipment.
• Making boxes and assembling packaging materials to meet shipment requirements.
• Receiving inventory by verifying product quantities and inspecting for damage.
• Transporting products within the warehouse using a pallet jack.
• Double-checking orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Assisting with shipping preparations, including folding promo materials, tearing perforated bubble wrap, and packing smaller items.
• Performing general cleanup and organizing work areas at the end of each shift.
• Handling miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support warehouse efficiency.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in packaging or warehouse roles (general warehouse or packaging skills preferred).
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand and work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds comfortably.
• Speed and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position is located at 1620 32nd St, Springfield, OR, 97478, and offers a full-time shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
