Job Title: Pallet Assembler

Pay: $19.00/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine assembly tasks, including minor setup of fixtures and equipment to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Measuring and documenting work using basic tools to ensure pallets meet quality standards.
• Moving materials and finished pallets between various stages of the production process efficiently and safely.
• Following safety, ergonomic, and security protocols to uphold a safe workplace for all team members.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized to prevent hazards and promote an efficient environment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Basic understanding of verbal and written instructions related to assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic measuring devices is a plus.
• Dependability, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
