As a Roofing and Material Laborer, you'll play a vital role in supporting roofing projects by assisting with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. You'll work closely with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

As a Roofing and Material Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of roofing sites, including setting up and breaking down work areas.
• Moving materials from storage to work zones safely and efficiently.
• Hanging and installing roofing components per project requirements.
• Practicing dry-in procedures to protect the structure from weather elements.
• Working at heights and on ladders, following safety protocols.
• Continuously on your feet, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing throughout the day.
• Frequently lifting up to 50-75 lbs to help with material transport and construction tasks.
• Sweeping, shoveling, and debris removal to maintain a clean work site.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions precisely.
• Willingness to work at heights and on ladders all day.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

• No prior roofing experience required—training will be provided.
• Valid OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
