Pay: $18.50 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00PM – 6:30AM Start Date: ASAP

As a Processing Extruder Operator, you’ll be essential in supporting daily food production, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You’ll work closely with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Processing Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring, lifting, and pouring ingredient bags up to 50 lbs into mixers, ensuring accurate ingredient loads.
• Mixing ingredients according to batch instructions and recipes to produce consistent quality.
• Operating and monitoring extrusion equipment during production runs to maintain product specifications.
• Reading production orders and making adjustments to equipment or processes as needed.
• Bagging finished product while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas after each production cycle.
• Assisting with troubleshooting minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supporting team operations and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and coworkers.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and good math skills.
• Basic computer skills for tracking production data.
• Physical endurance to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles.
• Previous food production experience is a plus but not required.

Location & Schedule
