What You'll Do

As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Moving and lifting 50 lb bags of ingredients into mixing bins to prepare batches for processing.
• Accurately reading and following mixing and production instructions to ensure product consistency.
• Operating and monitoring equipment to facilitate the production of cereal and granola.
• Bagging cereal as it comes off the production line, ensuring proper packaging standards.
• Performing sanitation and cleanup duties after each production run to maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitized work environment in compliance with food safety standards.

What You'll Bring

• Strong math skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and labeling tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
