As a Food Production Assembler, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations of food production. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient, safe processes that contribute directly to the quality and success of our products.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Production Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and pressing dough into pie shells or tins to meet production schedules.
• Filling baked goods like pies and cobblers with various ingredients, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assisting with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products.
• Scooping flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers ranging from small quart sizes to large 50-gallon drums.
• Placing dessert products into retail-ready packaging and applying labels accurately.
• Stacking trays and maintaining cleanliness and organization in production and warehouse areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Following all safety protocols and quality controls to produce top-tier products efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and lift between 30-50 lbs., with team lift assistance available.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prior experience in food production or related manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
