Job Title: Customer Service & Receptionist

Pay: $20.75 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a professional office role where customer service and organization are key? A property management office in West Eugene is seeking a Customer Service & Receptionist to support daily operations in a small, collaborative office environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, staying organized, and supporting a busy office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and vendors while helping keep office operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service & Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting tenants, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answering phones and directing calls appropriately

  • Providing customer service support to tenants and property owners

  • Assisting with general administrative and office support tasks

  • Maintaining organized files and records

  • Entering and updating information within office databases and systems

  • Supporting leasing, marketing, or administrative tasks when needed

  • Assisting office staff with scheduling, documentation, and correspondence

  • Maintaining a clean and organized front office area

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work with a diverse public and handle inquiries professionally

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

  • Experience working with databases or office management systems

  • Experience with property management software such as AppFolio or TenantTech (preferred not required)

  • Leasing, marketing, or administrative support experience a plus
