As a Food Production Project Worker in Salem, OR, you'll contribute to high-quality food manufacturing and help ensure smooth production operations—making an impact every day.

As a Food Production Project Worker, you’ll support daily production tasks, ensuring products meet safety and quality standards. You’ll work collaboratively with the production team to deliver efficient results that support the company’s growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Production Project Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Dumping pails of fruit into designated totes to prepare ingredients for processing.
• Stacking pallets efficiently to maintain steady workflow and ensure safety.
• Labeling products accurately for distribution and inventory purposes.
• Operating in both indoor and outdoor environments within a fast-paced setting.
• Repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety protocols.
• WORKING INDOORS AND OUTDOORS: DRESS WARM and appropriately FOR THE WEATHER.  Waterproof Steel Toed Boots or Steel Toed Rubber Boots are the appropriate foot wear
