Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Pay: $18 per hour Hours: Day Shift 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM M-F | Night Shift 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM M-F Start Date: ASAP — Orientation on Friday, 2/27 from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

As an Entry Level Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting both food and non-food manufacturing operations. You’ll ensure high standards of quality and efficiency while working closely with our dedicated production team. What You’ll Do:

As an Entry Level Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting fresh or processed products on rolling trays to verify quality standards.
• Loading products onto trays and operating processing and packaging systems efficiently.
• Safely lifting and moving trays on and off carts to support production flow.
• Dumping trays of finished products into designated areas accurately.
• Assisting with the movement of racks of products to optimize operational efficiency.
• Packing finished products into cardboard boxes for shipment and preparing labels for case organization.
• Sealing cases and cartons to maintain traceability.
• Cleaning and setting up processing and packaging areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Supporting overall production efforts to meet or exceed daily targets.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand throughout the entire 8-hour shift and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 15 lbs and handling up to 50 lbs safely.
• Comfort with standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
• Strong focus on personal safety and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus, but not required — training will be provided.

Important Safety & Dress Code Requirements:

Jewelry is not permitted on the production floor. All visible piercings, gauges, and dermal implants must be removed prior to work (medical alert jewelry exempt).
