As a Warehouse and Counter Associate, you’ll play an essential role in supporting warehouse functions and delivering outstanding service at the sales counter. You will provide excellent customer support by assisting clients with orders, inquiries, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your responsibilities include accurately picking, packing, and staging orders for shipping or pickup, receiving and inspecting incoming inventory for accuracy and quality, operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided), and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers at the counter with orders, inquiries, and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup to ensure timely delivery.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts; training may be provided for unfamiliar equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience, preferably within auto parts, hardware, or industrial supply sectors.
• Strong attention to detail, especially reading small part numbers and labels.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Warehouse experience, including order picking, is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hoses, fittings, or industrial parts is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Albany, OR, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
