Pay: $20/hr Hours: 5:00AM - 3:30PM M-Th Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a Temp-Hire position with a growing company. Join a reputable manufacturer that supplies high-quality rubber products 

as a Machine Operator in Eugene, Oregon, and make an impact every day. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily  operations. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operate machines according to safety and production standards
• Pour crumb rubber from mixer into buckets - can weigh up to 50 lbs
• Pour crumb rubber into molds
• Close presses using dual hand buttons
• Remove product by hand with hand tool when presses auto opens automatically after press cycle
• Visually inspect product for defects
• Put parts on pallets
• Operate up to 4 presses at a time
• Apply corrections from supervisors
• Keep work area clean
• Perform daily counts
• On warm days, the work environment is VERY WARM
