We are seeking an 
Office Administrator for a 
Temp-Hire (long-term) position with our client, a locally owned company based out of 
Springfield, OR that specializes in producing plywood, custom wood panels, and insulation barriers for the RV industry and more. 
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your administrative career in this industry, located in 
Springfield, Oregon.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
	- 
Accounting & Finance
	
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment posting, and collections follow-up.
		
- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and vendor records to ensure accuracy.
		
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close processes.
	
Sales & Order Management
	
Enter and process sales orders accurately in QuickBooks.
		Prepare customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
		Communicate with customers regarding order status, payments, and account information.
	
	
	
Shipping & Logistics
	
Book and schedule shipments with carriers and trucking companies.
		Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and tracking information.
		Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
	
	
	
Office Administration
	
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
		Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
		Support management with reporting, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
	
	
	
Systems & Tools
	
Use QuickBooks daily for accounting and order management functions.
		Work with Excel and other office software for data entry, reporting, and tracking.The ideal candidate for this role will have:
	- 3+ years of experience in office administration, accounting, or operations support.
	
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
	
- Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and general accounting principles.
	
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
	
- Experience scheduling trucking and freight shipments preferred.
	
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
