As a Product Finishing Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Performing product finishing tasks including packing, labeling, and taping.

• Inspecting and handling products to ensure quality and consistency.

• Preparing and packaging items according to company specifications.

• Assisting with basic production and assembly duties as needed.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Following all safety procedures and company policies.

• Working effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic packing and taping skills.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

This position is on-site in Albany, OR, and offers a Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM schedule.
