Job Title: Fulfillment Associate

As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately assembled, packaged, and shipped to customers. You’ll work closely with the Operations and Production teams to maintain smooth workflow and deliver top-quality products.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

• Restocking finished goods shelves to maintain proper inventory levels.

• Assisting with periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

• Verifying accurate quantities and lot numbers for manufacturing picklists, components, and finished products.

• Working on the production line—loading bottles, tightening caps, filling boxes, and completing other related tasks.

• Cross-training with other departments as needed or directed by the Operations team.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area by performing routine facility and equipment cleaning.

• Following safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, including cGMP.

• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• General math and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of manual dexterity.

• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).

This position is on-site in Albany, OR, and offers a Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–11:00 AM schedule.
