Job Title: Production Worker Day shift Urgent Hire

Pay: $18.00 Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Production Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our customer, a local manufacturing facility in West Eugene with a mission to leverage their core capabilities in polyurethane filling and patching materials; water-based primers, sealers, putties, and paints; adhesive extenders, high-performance coatings and containment barriers; and precision-metering, dispensing, and application equipment. The Production Worker will play an essential role in the hands on processing of a variety of chemical based products. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and organized environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of products. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Product package assembly
• Package and box finished product (cartridges)
• Blister seal/ alignment Inspection
• Container Inspection
• material handling using Forklift and pallet jacks
• Tube/ Cartridge QC Inspection
• Scrap Separation & Documentation
• Cardboard Waste Disposal
• Will be mixing chemicals and need to be able to wear a half mask or full-face respirator during those tasks

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50lbs
• Must have forklift experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and crouch throughout shift
• Ability to be on feet for 8-10 hour shifts
• This job requires steel.composite toed work boots
