Job Title: Distribution Warehouse Associate Hiring Now

Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate for a Temporary position for our client, a hemp seed distribution center and warehouse that packages, ships and distributes seeds World-Wide located Springfield, OR.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great program and further your career in this industry, located in Springfield, OR.   

As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Picking orders
• Packaging
• Labeling
• Making Boxes to prepare for Packaging and shipment
• Receiving Inventory
• Transporting product with a pallet jack
• Double checking for accuracy, to verify correct products for orders
• Shipping
• Prep-Work such as:
• Folding promo materials to fit into envelopes
• Tearing perforated bubble wrap or packing
• Other small miscellaneous tasks as assigned

General clean up at end of day

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be able to read & use a tape measure
• Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of a full shift
• Must be Detail Oriented
• Must be able to be Flexible and able to Prioritize needs according to urgency while also being able to pivot with changing priorities 
• Strong Problem Solving skills desired
•  Must be able to lift 40 pounds as needed
• Must be able to keep up with Pace of work
• Maintaining both Speed and Accuracy is very important

Must be able to work well independently, as well as be a Team-Player and work well as part of a larger team

Reliability and Punctuality are extremely important
