Job Title: Manufacturing CNC Milling Machinists Urgently Hiring Pay: DOE - $22 to $35 Hours: Multiple shifts available - Must be willing to shifts ranging from 5 AM to 4:30 PM, and 4:15 pm to 3:45 AM Days of the week vary depending on shifts - 3 days on 4 days off  Tradition hours available as well - Mon - Fri Must be available from 6 AM to 5 PM Start Date: ASAP We are looking for Manufacturing CNC Milling Machinists or if you have a solid manufacturing background and want to learn machining we want to talk to you today! Are you reliable and hard working? Open to continuous learning? Apply today!  As a Manufacturing CNC Milling Machinists, you will be responsible for:
  • Operate CNC Milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
  • Must be able to manage your time to keep multiple machines running.
  • Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC equipment.
  • Conduct inspections using micrometers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • DEPENDABILITY!
  • Capable of a simple to complex Math
  • More skilled role - Proficient in operating CNC machinery with a strong understanding of machining processes.
  • Deburring, Filing, sanding, and shaping parts
  • Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.
  • Ability to use power tools effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to Continuous Learning 
  • Ability to stand on feet for 12 ours a day
