Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly home visits, support family goals, and track progress.
• Promote positive parenting skills and child development through assessments and resources.
• Coordinate therapeutic classroom activities focused on social and emotional growth.
• Provide essential supplies and community referrals when needed.
• Document interactions and reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, early childhood education, or related field (experience can be considered).
• 2+ years of experience working with high-risk populations, early childhood development, or family support.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.).

Skills:

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of child development and abuse prevention.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sit, stand, walk, and perform other basic physical tasks.

Job Details:

• Temp to Hire
• $19.00/hr with 6% differential for bilingual candidates.
