Duties and Responsibilities for Green Chain Saw Mill Laborer

• The Green Chain Saw Mill Laborer is responsible for safely and accurately sort lumber by grade and length into appropriate slots to create loads of lumber. 

Skills and Qualification for Green Chain Saw Mill Laborer

• Knowledge of raw materials, lumber grade, length and prior sawmill green chain experience is a plus.
• Teamwork: Applicants need to be able to work well with others in a fast paced environment and be willing to help out where needed throughout the work shift.
• Coordination:  Applicants need to have good hand-eye coordination and good balance skills while moving quickly along a cat walk.
• Learning Strategies: Applicants need to be willing to learn not only technique but they need to be willing to learn different product types and sizes to place accordingly.

• Temp-Hire

•  SWING SHIFT: Monday - Friday  3:30pm - 1:00am 

• $19.00 

• Smoke Free Facility - no vaping or cigarettes on premises
