Bakery Production Worker on their flex shift.

Duties and Responsibilities for Bakery Production Worker
- Set up machines to product specifications
- Set pans into conveyors
- Cut, turn and/or twist dough into specified products
- Fill baking pans with dough
- Move and distribute bakery supplies and products in and around production area
- Load product into appropriate shipping equipment
- Move finished goods with dollies, hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Clean equipment and work areas using brushes, cleanser, air nozzles and water

- Heavy lifting and pushing/pulling required occasionally

Work Schedule:
Must be available 7 days/week
Must be available to work any shift as hours/schedule varies on a weekly basis
Day Shift Hours:
6:00AM - 2:30PM
Must be available to work 6:00AM - 6:00PM, IF/WHEN mandated by client
Swing Shift Hours:
2:00PM - 10:00PM
Must be available to work 2:00PM-2:00AM, IF/WHEN mandated by client
Graveyard Shift Hours:
10:00PM - 6:00AM
Must be available to work 10:00PM-10:00AM IF/WHEN mandated by client
Pay Rate:
$23.39/hour
Benefits Upon Hire:
- Health Insurance monthly premium is paid 100% for the employee and all legal dependents
- Current deductible is $100 per person and $300 for the family. Current out of pocket max is $850/person
- Paid vacations up to 6 weeks per year, earned based on length of employment
- Paid sick leave also accrues based on length of employment; can accumulate up to 245 hours (equals 7 weeks of time)
- Union pension contributions are made 100% by Franz for each employee
- There is also a 401k available for employee contributions; but no employer match due to Franz already paying 100% for the pension
