About Keith Fitzsimmons:

As a very experienced recruiter, Keith understood exactly where my value-added was in prior jobs and was able to align them with the needs of the hiring manager. I will certainly recommend Keith to anyone who is looking for their next gig if they want to have a recruiter who understands their soft and hard skills, and can match them to the right gig. Of course, when I will need to find my next gig, I will reach out to Keith.

About Keith Fitzsimmons:

Keith contacted me last week regarding an opening at one of RedStream's clients. We had a face to face discussion over MS Teams where we discussed the role. Keith was extremely easy to talk with and we had a very open and honest discussion about my skills, background and what I am looking for in a new role. I felt very comfortable with him. During our conversation he listened to what I was saying and gave me recommendations on how to improve my resume to better match what I told him that I was looking for. I took all of his suggestions and went thru my resume after our discussion and made the recommended updates. He has kept me in the loop throughout each stage of the process thus far and reached out to me promptly when he found out that the client wanted to schedule an interview with me. I'm very appreciative of all that he has helped me with. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need any more information :). Thank you :)
