Keith contacted me last week regarding an opening at one of RedStream's clients. We had a face to face discussion over MS Teams where we discussed the role. Keith was extremely easy to talk with and we had a very open and honest discussion about my skills, background and what I am looking for in a new role. I felt very comfortable with him. During our conversation he listened to what I was saying and gave me recommendations on how to improve my resume to better match what I told him that I was looking for. I took all of his suggestions and went thru my resume after our discussion and made the recommended updates.
