Keith contacted me last week regarding an opening at one of RedStream's clients. We had a face to face discussion over MS Teams where we discussed the role. Keith was extremely easy to talk with and we had a very open and honest discussion about my skills, background and what I am looking for in a new role. I felt very comfortable with him. During our conversation he listened to what I was saying and gave me recommendations on how to improve my resume to better match what I told him that I was looking for. I took all of his suggestions and went thru my resume after our discussion and made the recommended updates. He has kept me in the loop throughout each stage of the process thus far and reached out to me promptly when he found out that the client wanted to schedule an interview with me.
