  • Utilizes all digital mammography equipment and performs maintenance, trouble shooting, turns on/off, and calls for service. Performs the quality control functions related to mammography.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or two years of Food Service Assistant experience in lieu of education
  • Experience: Minimum one year in a diet clerk role
  • Availability: Must be available for weekends and weekday
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong working knowledge of therapeutic diets (ie: cardiac, diabetic, renal, low sodium, texture-modified diets, etc.) 
  • Ability to manually review, correct, and modify menus without relying on automated food service software
  • Strong clerical and math skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
A Day in the Life of a Diet Clerk As a Diet Clerk, your day begins with reviewing and processing diet orders, ensuring that each patient receives meals tailored to their medical and nutritional needs. You will work closely with clinical dietitians to adjust menus, accommodate dietary restrictions, and maintain accurate diet sheets. Throughout the day, you will:
  • Check tray lines for accuracy and assist with meal distribution
  • Update patient menus and process late tray requests??????
  • Communicate with nurses, patients, and kitchen staff to resolve dietary concerns
  • Tally menu items to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
