About Michael Van Gelder:

Michael is great and really helped me find a PT in a timely way. He was responsive and always got back to me. I will definitely go to him next time we have needs for a travel PT. However, the cost is extremely high and I can not afford to go to hire a travel PT regularly. We also had issues with the billing who tried to overcharge us a few different times. We had agreed to 10 hour days without overtime charges for a 40 hour work week but on several invoices, Pioneer added overtime. The billing department did correct when I brought is to their attention. They also tried double billing for months where we had already paid. This took a few months to clear up, but eventually got straightened out. With exception of the billing, I really liked Michael and the team at Pioneer!
