About Caitie (Heinrich) Poggione:

From past experiences, I am always afraid of missing any time from a contract due to illness, or any other reason. Recently, I fell, broke my arm, and had to have surgery - missing LOTS of time. Caitie has only been extremely sympathetic and supportive. I have not been made to feel guilty for any time missed.
