I was not looking for a new job when Jason recruited me. In addition, I was happy in my current role and had a great boss. After interviewing with Jasen, I decided to move forward in the process and interview with the company. Jasen was with me every step of the way. If he learned additional information about the position, Jasen shared it with me immediately. If I had questions, Jasen got answers right away. If I had concerns, he was always very reassuring to tell me not to worry about what I asked him about, since it wasn't important for the position. Jasen was always available for me via phone call or email. If Jasen was not available when I called or emailed, he called back or emailed back quickly after. Jasen was 100% transparent with me throughout the process. If it wasn't for Jasen, I probably would not have interviewed for a new position which ended up being a perfect job for me that was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Jasen far exceeded my expectations. He truly matched me with the perfect role for my background and skill set. Jasen is an excellent listener, has an upbeat personality, and is always available to discuss any part of the interviewing process or any other questions you may have. Jasen makes you feel like you are his only client and that your satisfaction is all that matters. Jason comes highly recommended.
