I'm a Midwest gal, born and raised in the St Louis area and attended college at Mizzou. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology I moved back to the St Louis area to start my career and build a family. After college I started my first professional position as an Administrative Assistant for a local real estate firm and I was actually placed there by a staffing agency! I worked with the real estate firm for just under two years and decided that I wanted to pursue a career in HR which is when I found PEG. Using my administrative background, I started off with PEG in an administrative/reporting role and eventually moved into Recruiting and Account Management in 2018.

Why I love to recruit
I love learning more about different industries and positions as I help place candidates in their next positions. I find it really rewarding to place employees with great companies that fit their long term career goals.

When I'm not working I like to
spend time with my fiancé, two dogs and our two children. I prefer to be outdoors (except in the winter) so parks, the lake and wineries are my favorite places to frequent.

About Briana Haney:

Briana was friendly and very professional. She executed everything I observed, at a very high level. There also were some less concrete and less pleasant issues that have come up through the course of our interactions and her communication was tactful while remaining truthful and she always made her position clear, without trying to persuade me, one way or another. She is a very effective communicator. Brianna was always timely and cheerful. I had no idea she was expecting until I saw her. She always had a lot of sparkle and energy, but not too much. Just the right amount.
