Lauren initially reached out to me for a position outside of the industry I have experience in. We communicate and I told her what I was I was looking for in my next job. A couple of weeks later she contacted me again about a position in the industry I was looking at. Although I didn’t get that position the company love my resume enough to design a new position for me. Without me discussing my career with Lauren I would have missed a great opportunity.
