Briana was friendly and very professional. She executed everything I observed, at a very high level. There also were some less concrete and less pleasant issues that have come up through the course of our interactions and her communication was tactful while remaining truthful and she always made her position clear, without trying to persuade me, one way or another. She is a very effective communicator. Brianna was always timely and cheerful. I had no idea she was expecting until I saw her. She always had a lot of sparkle and energy, but not too much.
