Next Move

She has experienced a loss of a loved one as I have and “really” understands the feelings that one has. I prefer someone that is down to earth and easy to talk too. That is Jessica. I usually don’t remember a recruiters last name until I’ve worked with them for awhile. I relate to her name..my daughter in law is named Jessica too. My maternal grandparents are Miller’s. Will never forget her name!

I was hesitant about talking to yet another recruiter because I’m a brand new traveler and i had taken a break from the medical world for awhile. I had spoken with 2 other recruiters at other agencies and they had made it seem as if it was going to be very difficult to get a good contract. But Kyle was upbeat and positive and got the ball rolling from day one! He was very honest and transparent about which job openings would work for a first time traveler and he kept me updated anytime he heard anything at all. I first spoke to Kyle on a Monday and I had 3 potential offers come through on Wed and Thurs and signed a great contract on Friday! After spending a month jumping through hoops and gathering documents and talking to other recruiters, it was unbelievable!! Kyle made it so easy and even enjoyable and was there to offer advice and assistance throughout the whole process. I cant recommend him enough!

Abby is always so receptive to my needs. She is very easy to talk to and understands me. When I recently had a problem with an assignment, I called her immediately and she handled it in a way that was very professional that validated my experience and made me know that she and my nursing agency (Next Move Inc.) had my back every step of the way. I’m so thankful that I have such a wonderful recruiter who cares for me so much as a person and wants me to thrive in my profession as a nurse.

Madison is always quick to respond to all of my questions, she explains things well and I feel she truly advocates for me and has my best interest at heart.
