Outside of recruiting, I’m a competitive Allstar cheerleader training at the Worlds level — which means discipline, resilience, and consistency aren’t just things I talk about, they’re how I operate. Recruiting is about more than filling roles — it’s about showing up for people, solving problems, and winning together. I take pride in being someone my clinicians can rely on, whether it’s navigating offers, overcoming challenges, or pushing for the best possible outcome. When I'm not working I like to
You’ll usually find me at cheer practice. I compete on a Worlds-level team, which means early mornings, long practices, and constant focus on improvement. That environment has shaped who I am — it’s where I’ve learned how to stay disciplined, push through challenges, and perform under pressure. That same energy carries over into my career. I don’t just aim to be good — I aim to be great in everything I do.
