Why I love to recruit
At my core, I love helping people navigate their careers and feel supported while doing meaningful work. Clinicians spend their days making a real difference for patients, and my goal is to make sure they feel informed, respected, and confident on their end of the deal. I’m big on understanding the market and the clinical realities, so conversations feel real - not scripted. In my work, I value urgency, thoroughness, and clear communication. Contract nursing can be complex, but it’s rarely impossible with the right information and support. I’m here to help clinicians set goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate wins along the way - those relationships are the best part of what I do.

When I'm not working I like to
Outside of recruiting, I’m usually traveling, at a concert, watching Kansas City Chiefs football, gaming, lifting, grilling, or deep into a fantasy novel. I also work from home, which our two dogs and one very judgmental cat fully support.
