What can I say? Natalie is awesome! Extremely quick and responsive! I've never had someone in Natalie's position at a staffing agency be so thorough, and quick to get back to me and with such pleasentness. Natalie is always smiling when she talks you can tell on the phone. She is professional, polite, respectful and takes ownership and responsibility of any situation. I Love Natalie and I can't imagine going back to any other agency. It would be a sad day if she ever leaves.

About Jerry Helferich:

Jerry is as real as you can get. In this crazy world of allied travel, there are hundreds of recruiters out there vying to get you to sign with them. Most of them have never worked in the industry, don't understand what I need and are only concerned with getting me to sign to meet their quota. Jerry understands the industry, he understands my needs as a person, and he understands my "whys". Why I need a certain location, why I need a specific shift or schedule, why I need a specific amount of compensation. This is what sets Jerry apart from all the other recruiters out there. And as long as Med US can find me contracts in the areas I need to be, I'll continue to work with Jerry.
