Jerry is as real as you can get. In this crazy world of allied travel, there are hundreds of recruiters out there vying to get you to sign with them. Most of them have never worked in the industry, don't understand what I need and are only concerned with getting me to sign to meet their quota. Jerry understands the industry, he understands my needs as a person, and he understands my "whys". Why I need a certain location, why I need a specific shift or schedule, why I need a specific amount of compensation. This is what sets Jerry apart from all the other recruiters out there.
