About Jason Beir:

Jason reached out to me on LinkedIn and shared the job description. It was quick and easy to schedule an intro call with him, which I appreciate. He revealed the company and gave me specific contacts who I would interview with, should I get that first interview. I greatly appreciate that he inquired about my salary needs, and that he was transparent that I was above the range for this role. He did mention they could be flexible, so I'm hoping for that initial interview. Either way, I appreciate the transparency and the quick and straightforward communication with Jason.
