Briana Moglia

I graduated summa cum laude with a double major in Psychology & English with a minor in Neuroscience from the University at Albany. I had 3 internships throughout college (Long Island Aquarium, NY Aquarium, Smart Dog Training) and started working 4 days a week my last semester senior year at the Long Island Aquarium before becoming full-time. After a year and a half of working at LIA, I decided to moved from New York to Florida to continue on my animal care journey. I worked as a dog trainer, a vet tech and lastly my dream job as a dolphin trainer.

For various reasons, I decided to leave the animal care field and took a job in sales working for a dental continuing education company where I led my own division of selling and hosting specialty courses.

After two years of being fully immersed into the sales world, I decided I wanted to pivot to a career where I could really be involved with helping others and matching people with their dream positions! Nothing has made me feel more fulfilled than when I am helping individuals through a stressful and wildly important period of their lives.

I have been recruiting for 3.5+ years and now lead a team of specialized recruiters.
