Hi there!

I grew up in New York after immigrating to the U.S. with my family at the age of 3 from Albania. From a young age, I loved puzzles, whether they were mysteries, equations, or simply figuring out how things work. That curiosity naturally evolved into a passion for connecting with people, learning about diverse cultures, and constantly expanding my knowledge.

Recruiting, for me, is the perfect blend of all those passions. It’s part strategy, part storytelling, and a whole lot of detective work! Every search is a new mystery to solve! Finding that perfect match between talent and opportunity. Whether I’m sourcing, chatting, or researching, I love using both heart and brain to make meaningful connections.
