My name is Mike Brennan, I'm 29 years old, and I grew up in Melbourne, FL. I attended the University of Florida from 2014-2019 and received a bachelor's and a master's degree in business Management. After graduating I received a job offer from S.com (Lorien) to start as an entry level technical recruiter in January of 2020. I specialize in recruiting software engineers & developers but can truly recruit on any role given the proper information. I have recruited developers, UX designers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, data engineers, and a whole lot of niche potions with the IT realm. After 5 1/2 years of recruiting, I am still with Lorien and have bene promoted on 3 separate occasions. I've had the opportunity to meet lifelong friends at Lorien and turn my entry level job right out of school into a successful career.

I get the feeling of both having purpose and personal success through recruiting. I get to positively impact the candidate, client, and myself through the work that I do. I see recruiting as a game, and I am a very competitive person. Every day I just try to get better at the recruiting game.
