Lindsey made the entire process effortless and a true pleasure. I knew I wanted to work with her and the agency the minute she shared this is an all woman led organization. I think as a woman hearing that immediately set the tone for me to know I was in a safe space, which further ignited my enthusiasm for our interview. Lindsey was engaging and extremely personable.
