I earned my Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Northwestern. Most of my career has been in HR so Recruiting seems like a natural fit for me. I started at Lakeshore Talent as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator several years ago and moved to a full-time employee. Over the last few years, I have transitioned into a Recruiting Specialist tole which I really enjoy.

Why I love to recruit
I love working one-on-one with the candidates and clients. You really get to know them on a different level and it is very rewarding. For me, the best feeling is when I know I have submitted the best candidates to the client and they love all of them. In return, the candidates are all really excited about the opportunity. That is the best feeling!

Connie was wonderful and flexible when I experienced technical difficulties with Google Meet. She quickly eased my anxiety about the situation. Out of all the recruiters I've spoken with, she stands out as one of the best! Also, she has responded very quick to any emails that I have asked a question with, unfortunately you do not see that in today's market with recruiters! She is a keeper!
