My role has evolved over the years to include all aspects of Staffing & HR including benefits administration, recruitment and retention, process improvements, compliance, employee relations, unemployment and workers compensation. Currently, I am a Sr. Account Manager allowing me the opportunity to work with some of the top employers in Chicago to help them find Talent for their open positions.
