Kaylee is beyond competent when it comes to recruiting. She thoroughly and deeply understands ‘recruitment accountability’. From the candidate perspective, she carefully explained the position as well as the company. Prior to ever speaking to me she was well aware of my background and had fully absorbed the detail of my resume. In addition to understanding me and my needs, she had a tight grasp on the position she wanted to submit me for, as well as knowing full detail of her client’s company and a deep understanding of the hiring manager who would interview me. She instinctively had a feel for how I matched the opportunity. On top of all these skills, Kaylee is also an accomplished communicator, she’s detail oriented and she is exceptionally efficient. I feel completely fortunate to have crossed paths with Kaylee and my experience being matched to the position at her client’s company has been thoroughly enjoyable.
