Miss Amy has become my go to here in Lakeshore, When I say, Amy name, I smile 😃 bc she is so down to earth! She listens she ask questions and if I ever have a situation that I think she should know about she handles it ASAP and if it’s not ASAP, she lets me know that she’s on it and give her a minute and she definitely have an answer for me or I’ll definitely see a change and whatever the complaint was like I said, I’ve never worked with anyone that was so so supportive and transparent as the ladies at Lakeshore I’m just excited and pleased to call this place Lakeshore homebase I know the jobs are temporary jobs but they accept us and treat us as if we are permanent workers I would love nothing more than to continue to be a part of Lakeshore but at some point, I may get a permanent position and it would be hard to leave a place like Lakeshore because they definitely have our best interest at heart and I just a few of us or select a few of us all of us, and I am more than that I am part of the Lakeshore team at this point. I really appreciate you and everything that you do to keep us employed and thank you ! Lakeshore hired me at a time that I was in desperate situation financially so they definitely made my journey a little easier and for that part I can never see enough thank yous to the team over here at Lakeshore
I just honestly feel like Connie as well as Amy really rock. They have our best interest at heart and they definitely listen intently with any problems or issue that we may have and they are always available for us to speak with if we have any problems. Definitely love the relationship I have developed with Connie she interviewed me….and hired me! And I just never had the type of support & transparency that lakeshore gives! I’m happy to give the answer LAKESHORE WHEN IM ASKED WHAT AGENCY I AM WITH! I know the jobs are temporary, but I love call lakeshore HOMEBASE!
I had a nice conversation with her, she explained to me the client requirements and she also gave me some suggestions about how to improve my resume and bio. It was nice connecting with her.
Connie is very personable and made me feel at ease during today’s meeting. She provided me with job insight and what the future looks like within my market for the Chicagoland area.
