About Chelsea Johnson:

I had an outstanding experience talking with Chelsea throughout the recruitment conversation . From conversation, she was incredibly professional, approachable, and attentive. Chelsea took the time to truly understand my background, career goals, and what I was looking for in a new opportunity. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she consistently kept me informed and supported every step of the way. What stood out most was her genuine enthusiasm and dedication—not only to finding the right fit for the company but also for me as a candidate. I felt truly valued and respected throughout the entire process. Chelsea is a top-tier recruiter, and I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance and support. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!

About Caroline Giraudeau:

Caroline has been fantastic. I had reached out to a senior rep at IDR who responded the same day informing me an IDR recruiter would be contacting me. Caroline called me the next day. She immediatley reviewed my experience and education and went right to work for me. Just a few days after our initial call, she found an open position with great company and set me up for my first interview. She has provided great interview prep information and I feel well prepapred. Caroline is a rising star. Give her greater responsibilities and promote at first opportunity.

About John Mayer:

I had a fantastic experience working with John Mayer as I applied for a Senior Instructional Designer contract position. He was incredibly professional and provided thorough, detailed information about the role, the client’s expectations, the hourly rate, and what the team was looking for. What really stood out to me was the way he asked thoughtful questions to better understand my background, experience, and long-term career goals. It was clear he genuinely cared about making a strong match—not just filling a role. I appreciated his transparency, responsiveness, and support throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend John to other professionals in the learning and development space.
